The Project will start with the convening of stakeholders meeting which will afford the planners the ample opportunity of meeting with the various unions on the possibility of their participation in the novel project. The main organizing committee which will be formed thereafter comprising the representatives of the Federal Ministry of Sports Development, Participating Unions and Official Partners will be saddled with the responsibility of organising the games.
• The Main Organizing Committee will induct people who share the dream of peaceful and successful execution of the project in classified titles
• The Classified Titles include:
Patron,
Patroness and Ambassador, with varying classifications and distinctions namely Royal Patron,
Ambassador (Male), Transporters’ Ambassador (Female), Transporters’ Ambassador (Youth), etc.
• It is expected that the representatives of the platinum sponsors will join later in order to provide the project the required strong pedestal to succeed. This is with a view of enjoying their valued moral and financial support to achieve our common goal. There shall be a roll call of classified titles to be conferred on select citizens for necessary participation on the Games events.
2. UNVEILING THE GAMES MASCOT
The Mascot of the games shall be unveiled at a colourful ceremony about 21 days to the commencement of the competition. This shall serve the opportunity of kicking off the massive media work for awareness of the games.
3. SYMPOSIUM
Participatory sessions are designed to bring together all participating unions duly represented by their respective leaders (at least 10 participants from various unions across the Federation). Speakers shall be drawn from public institutions and corporate organizations of relevant values to the transporters.
4. ROAD SHOW
The road show shall involve the movement of the games mascot around the major cities of the state in a convoy of vehicles, organizers and participating unions/teams. It shall serve to distribute print materials for adverts and project awareness. It is expected to enjoy quality media coverage.
5. OPENING CEREMONY
The Games shall be officially declared open with a Match Past by 100 members from each of the union/teams. It is expected that His Excellency, Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR the President & Commander-In-Chief of Armed Forces shall declare the games open.
6. PROPOSED GAMES & COMPETITION
Teams shall contest for medals and trophies in all events of the games scheduled. The technical committee, made up of mostly experienced sport administrators, coaches and veterans, shall conduct the games and declare winners strictly according to laid — down rules and regulations in each of the sport devoid of any bias or sentiment. Certificate of participation shall be issued to all participating union athletes and officials during the games.

7. GALA /HONOURS NIGHT
All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy” so says the popular axiom. A befitting concert shall take place on the eve of the closing ceremony. It shall feature a notable artiste as recommended by the union leaders to guarantee their satisfaction.
The Awardees shall be formally decorated at the occasion.
The occasion which will be chaired by His Excellency, Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR the President & Commander-In-Chief of Armed Forces, Federal Republic of Nigeria shall serve to honour all stakeholders of the fiesta including the patrons and the corporate/individual sponsors for their contributions. Attendance at the occasion shall be strictly by invitation. The occasion shall feature a contest for Mr. & Miss Transporters Nigeria.
POST HUMOURS AWARDS
The project shall attempt to post humously recognise the contributions of great national icons who had emerged from the Transporters family to bring laurels to Nigeria in sports. This category include but not limited to Ambassador Babatunde Mudashiru Lawal and Rasheed Yekini.
8. DEPARTURE & CLOSING CEREMONY
A colorful closing ceremony will be organized to bring the event to a Close.
